Our team will clean and repair any damages left by the previous tenant. We check to make sure everything is in working order and will do a move in walk with you to ensure we meet your expectations in your new home!

Our pool hours change based on residents needs and wants. For the most part, our pool is open during office hours, if not slightly before and after as well.

No, all utilities are paid separately.

We have a variety of parking options, please ask the leasing office for further clarification!

Free weights, strength conditioning equipment, elipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, flexibility equipment, yoga mats, exercise balls, dumbells, and outdoor agility equipment are featured in our club-quality gym.

We don't have mandatory quiet hours, but most evenings, you can find our residents study together in our resident louge or utilizing the multiple study spaces found throughout the building.

All homes are cable and internet ready with WiFi options. All you have to do is sign up for service with Comcast.

Yes, we do resident referrals. You must be mentioned at time of first tour to get the referral credit.

We do offer sub-leasing at the approval of the property management team. We are also happy to offer community transfers and lease modifications. Speak to one of our team members for more details.

We accept walk-ins, but it's best to schedule ahead to ensure a leasing agent is available to give you a tour.

From Indianapolis, head north on 31 and get off on S Eddy Street in South Bend where you'll drive right to the community. From Chicago, take I-90 East to 31 South where you'll turn east on Angela Boulevard and come to the front side of the community. From Detroit or Toledo, head west on I-94 or I-90 and get off on 31 south where you'll turn east on Angela Boulevard and arrive on the front side of the community.

We have a dedicated on-site management and maintenance team who is available almost everyday.

Maintenance issues are handled in the order they are received giving priority to emergency maintenance requests first.

In the event you are locked out of your apartment, please call the on call maintenance team member by dialing the property phone and following the prompts.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly. Acceptable pets include cats and dogs with a maximum of 2 and 80 pounds. Breed restrictions apply. Fees include $300 deposit and $30 monthly pet rent.
