I lived at the Foundry from 2017 to 2019 and I highly recommend it for anyone attending Notre Dame or living around the Eddy Street community. I lived in a one-bedroom, which had plenty of room and was overall a great place. The few maintenance requests I had were addressed effectively and efficiently. The best part of my Foundry experience however, was the management and leasing staff. Everyone was extremely accommodating, quick to respond to any and all requests.- ApartmentRatings.com
Fantastic place to live and the location is fabulous. The staff is amazing and really cares about students and their well being... like having a second set of really cool parents! High praise across the board!- ApartmentRatings.com
We moved in 2 weeks ago so our experience is limited. However, the overall experience has been a year as we waited for the exact location we wanted. The staff has been extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with the entire time. We'd definitely recommend The Foundry to anyone.- ApartmentRatings.com

I love the Foundry! I've lived here for a few years now, and could not be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. They are also really sweet to my dog, which is an added bonus! It's definitely a great place to live.- Google
