Pre-Leasing Process
PRE-LEASE NOW FOR UPCOMING ACADEMIC TERMS
The Foundry Lofts & Apartments are now accepting pre-leasing applications for future academic terms. Below are details of the pre-leasing process and steps to secure an apartment home with The Foundry. If questions arise while reviewing and applying, our team is always available to assist.
1. Schedule a Visit
Schedule a Guided or Self-Guided Tour to begin your pre-leasing application.

2. Fill Out Pre-Leasing Preferences
Select your preferred bedroom count, top three floor plans, move-in date, and whether you need a furnished or unfurnished home. You'll also sign a Pre-Leasing Guidelines Sheet.
3. Submit Applications & Fees
Each person age 18+ must submit an application, including each guarantor. Each guarantor must provide proof of income (either last three paycheck stubs or W-2 from previous tax year). Application fees will be due per applicant, including guarantor. An administrative fee is due per apartment.

4. Application Screening
Applicants and guarantors are screened per our selection criteria. After approval, you'll receive a pre-lease agreement for review and signature.
5. Sign Pre-Lease
Sign your pre-lease via emailed link. The rental amount will reflect the highest price in your selected floor plan family until a specific unit is chosen.
6. Apartment Placement
In Spring, you'll be contacted with apartment options matching your preferences. You'll have 48 hours to choose.
7. Sign Final Lease Agreement
After selecting your apartment, a final lease with confirmed rent and address will be emailed for signature. within 24 hours of receipt.
8. Wait for Move-in
